Last updated: 25 March 2026

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Road Claim website at roadclaim.co.uk and the claim submission services we provide. By using our website or submitting a claim, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Road Claim

Road Claim is an accident claims introducer service operating across England and Wales. We connect individuals who have been involved in non-fault road accidents with specialist accident management companies and legal services. Road Claim does not provide legal advice directly.

Contact: support@roadclaim.co.uk

2. Eligibility

To use our service you must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Be a resident of England or Wales
  • Have been involved in a road accident that was not your fault
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting your claim

3. Our Service

Road Claim provides a free introducer service. When you submit a claim we will:

  • Contact you to discuss your claim
  • Refer your details to our partner accident management companies
  • Facilitate the arrangement of a hire vehicle and vehicle repairs where applicable
  • Connect you with specialist no win no fee solicitors for injury compensation claims

Road Claim acts as an introducer only. The accident management and legal services are provided by our partner companies, who operate under their own terms and conditions.

4. Free Service and No Cost to You

Road Claim's introducer service is provided to you completely free of charge. We are compensated by our partner companies for successful referrals. You will never be charged by Road Claim for submitting a claim or using our website.

Any legal or solicitor fees are handled on a no win no fee basis by our partner solicitors. You will not pay legal fees unless your compensation claim is successful, and the full fee structure will be explained to you by the solicitors before you proceed.

5. Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when submitting your claim. Providing false or misleading information is a serious matter that may constitute fraud and could have legal consequences. Road Claim reserves the right to decline or cancel any claim where we have reason to believe the information provided is inaccurate.

6. Referral to Partners

By submitting a claim through Road Claim, you consent to us sharing your personal details with our partner accident management companies and solicitors for the purpose of handling your claim. Our partners are required to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. No Win No Fee Basis

Compensation claims referred to our partner solicitors are handled on a no win no fee (conditional fee agreement) basis. This means:

  • You pay nothing if your claim is unsuccessful
  • If your claim is successful, a success fee will be deducted from your compensation
  • The maximum success fee and full terms will be explained to you by the solicitors
  • You have a 14-day cooling off period after signing any agreement with a solicitor

8. Hire Vehicle

Where a hire vehicle is arranged:

  • The vehicle is provided on a credit hire basis, recovered from the at-fault party's insurer
  • You must have a valid driving licence and meet the hire company's requirements
  • You are responsible for the vehicle while it is in your care
  • The hire vehicle must be returned promptly when your own vehicle is repaired or the claim is resolved

9. Limitation of Liability

Road Claim's role is limited to making introductions. We are not responsible for:

  • The outcome of any legal claim or compensation amount
  • The quality of services provided by our partner companies
  • Any delays in the repair or return of your vehicle
  • Any decisions made by insurers or courts in relation to your claim

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road Claim's liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed £100.
