Yes, completely free. We are paid by the at-fault party's insurer, not by you. You will never receive a bill from Road Claim.
What if the accident wasn't my fault?⌄
If another driver caused your accident, you are entitled to a free hire vehicle, free repairs, no excess, protection of your no-claims bonus, and specialist solicitors to handle your compensation claim.
How quickly can I get a hire vehicle?⌄
In most cases we can deliver a like-for-like hire vehicle to your door within 24 hours of your claim being submitted.
Will making a claim affect my no-claims bonus?⌄
No. Because the claim is made against the at-fault party's insurance, your no-claims bonus is fully protected.
Do I need to pay an excess?⌄
