How much does Road Claim cost? ⌄
Road Claim is completely free to use. We are paid by our partner companies when we refer a successful claim. You will never be charged by Road Claim for anything.
How long does it take to get a hire car? ⌄
In most cases we can arrange a replacement vehicle to be delivered to your door within 24 hours of your claim being opened. In many cases it is the same day.
What if the accident was partly my fault? ⌄
Our service is for non-fault accidents where another driver was at fault. If liability is disputed, our partner solicitors will assess your case and advise you on the best course of action.
Will making a claim affect my insurance? ⌄
Because the accident was not your fault, your no-claims bonus should be protected and your premiums should not be affected. All costs are recovered from the at-fault driver's insurer.
What vehicles do you cover? ⌄
We cover all road vehicles including cars, PCO and licensed taxis, motorbikes, bicycles, e-scooters and delivery vehicles. We provide like-for-like replacements for all vehicle types.
How long do I have to make a claim? ⌄
Generally you have 3 years from the date of the accident to make a personal injury claim under the Limitation Act 1980. However, we strongly advise claiming as soon as possible while evidence and memories are fresh.
Do you operate outside England and Wales? ⌄
Currently our service covers England and Wales only. We do not currently operate in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
